We are looking for hard working professional individuals who are passionate about supporting children and adults with complex needs, to achieve positive outcomes and grow in independence. Candidates must be person centred, and want to work with people as individuals. 

All applicants must undertake an Enhanced DBS check for adults and children and complete their Safeguarding training before undertaking work. We ask staff who do not hold their care certificate work towards this during the induction period.

We offer an online and in person comprehensive training package for all new employees, and ongoing training for existing staff. We nurture staff to grow and develop in the role and have progression opportunities.
